Getting started
Starting weightlifting involves two one-to-ones, on the two classic lifts the Snatch, plus the Clean and Jerk. At this point, evaluation on how to move forward is made. Assessing movement and any restrictions such as mobility issues, stability is also dealt with in these sessions.
Prescription of exercise, whether in the facility or away from it will be made here.
Strength is important, but quality of movement and practice is key.
If you want the best from one-to-ones, it is ideal that you can perform an overhead squat, have muscular endurance and strength in the back and trunk.
If not, we can easily give you the tools to help move forward.
Not matter what your level or experience, guidance on future training can be given.
