What You Get with Membership
Becoming a member means more than access to equipment — you join a team. All members:
- Train during opening hours
- Receive in-house coaching support
- Get free competition coaching (with BWL affiliation)
- Join Saturday squads (10:15 am–12:00 pm)
Your British Weight Lifting (BWL) membership also connects you to a national network.


Session Types Explained

Opening Times
This is our base membership. You can train during posted gym hours, with the option to add small group sessions for tailored development.

Small Group Sessions
Focused, coach-led sessions designed to peak for specific competitions. Each lifter follows a structured programme with three coached days and one self-managed session. A great choice for technical development and team spirit.

One-to-One Sessions
Ideal for beginners. Dive deep into Olympic lifting technique, assistance movements, and progress planning. Set a solid foundation before moving to larger groups.

Competition Prep & Mentorship
Ready to compete? We coach you through local events or our own Autumn Open. First comp? You’ll get a mentor — often an experienced junior — to guide you through.

Junior & Senior Squads
Inclusive Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Squads Mixed-age sessions where lifters learn from each other and build team bonds.
